Supervision

Supervision at Solution Psychology is delivered by a team of 10 Board-approved supervisors and is available to psychologists at a range of career stages.

We offer supervision for:
*Masters students on placement
*Provisional psychologists completing internship pathways
*Psychologists seeking endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology
*Psychologists seeking endorsement in Clinical Psychology
*Psychologists seeking secondary supervision for any registrar program
*Psychologists applying through the substantial equivalence pathway
*Psychologists seeking ongoing professional supervision
*Psychologists looking for one-off supervision, case consultation, coaching, or mentoring
*Any allied health professional looking for business coaching or consulting / mentoring
*Any allied health professional looking for supervision / mentoring support
*Principals & Educators looking for professional support

We can provide both ongoing and flexible one-off support, depending on your stage of practice and professional goals.

We maintain strong relationships with several universities and, from regularly host provisional psychologists and psychology students completing placements with us at Solution Psychology.

Our provisional psychologists on placement can provide selected services, including school observations, therapy, and assessment support, at a lower cost to families where appropriate. All services are provided within the clinician’s scope of training and are supported through structured supervision.

Our supervision pathways may include support for placement students, internship pathways, registrar programs, endorsement pathways, substantial equivalence applications, and broader professional development through coaching and mentoring.
