Merry Minds is a mindfulness group where children get to create physical mindfulness resources using arts and craft. Mindfulness promotes wellbeing by teaching relaxation and tuning in to their body sensations.
The group will learn a variety of regulation strategies and practice them under the guidance of our clinicians. The end product will result in children taking home a resource pack full of their own creations and information for caregivers for continued practice.
