Brianna is a registered psychologist, who has completed her Master of Professional Psychology and completed her internship year at Solution Psychology.
Brianna takes a whole-person, client-led approach to therapy. She values creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Brianna believes strong therapeutic relationships, flexibility, and collaboration are key to meaningful outcomes.
She sees each person as unique and works to support clients in understanding the function behind their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Brianna has experience supporting children, young people, and adults with a range of experiences, including stress, anxiety, mood differences, ADHD, autism, and trauma. Her approach draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to each individual’s needs.
When Brianna isn’t supporting her clients, you will likely find her outside, playing netball, camping or spending time with family and friends.
