Tina’s approach is characterised by a commitment to ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background, receives the comprehensive and empathetic care they deserve. Her practice is highly influenced by her experience with neurodivergent individuals, making her a dedicated neuro-affirming clinician.
Tina’s flexibility and collaborative methods are central to her practice, allowing her to tailor interventions that meet the unique needs of each client. In her therapeutic work, Tina employs principles from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her background in working with clients of diverse ages and cultures has greatly enhanced her ability to connect with people from various walks of life.
Beyond her professional commitments, Tina finds joy and balance in hobbies that nurture her well-being, such as exploring nature and going on walks, visiting restaurants and cafes, and spending quality time with loved ones.
