Psychologist
Stephanie is a registered psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology from Monash University. She is passionate about providing person-centred support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health and psycho-social challenges.
With a warm and compassionate style, Stephanie focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She helps clients understand the underlying factors affecting their wellbeing and supports them holistically, often working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent, meaningful support.
Stephanie is committed to neuro-affirming practice by respecting each person’s way of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world. She supports clients in understanding their strengths, building self-awareness, and advocating for their needs across different settings.
She has experience working across the lifespan and has supported individuals with stress, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and Autism. Her work draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI).
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time at the beach, practicing pilates, and catching up with friends and family.

- Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA
