Psychologist
Rachel is a registered psychologist currently undertaking the clinical registrar program. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across various settings, including community mental health, hospital inpatient and outpatient clinics, universities, and group programs.
Rachel brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to her work. She focuses on building a trusting and respectful relationship with each client, creating a safe space to explore their concerns. She aims to support and empower people by helping them recognise their strengths and approach challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. Rachel is committed to providing care that is inclusive and affirming of all genders, sexualities, and neurodiverse identities.
Rachel is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy but may incorporate skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy depending on the client’s needs. She has experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive and compulsive disorder, adjustment disorder, stress management, and trauma.
Outside of work, Rachel can be found doing yoga, reading and teaching her dog Bailey new tricks.

- Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours)
- Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical)
- Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA
- Member of the Australian Psychological Society
