Neehara is a registered psychologist who has experience working across the lifespan and in a range of contexts, including sporting clubs, private practice and within a multidisciplinary team.


Neehara believes in a person-centred approach and practices with a range of therapeutic approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative therapy and mindfulness techniques. Neehara uses a collaborative approach to assist her clients with a range of presentations, but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management and behavioural concerns to achieve their goals.


Neehara has played basketball semi-professionally and has a keen interest in also working with athletes to provide them with strategies to succeed in the sporting world as well as within their personal endeavours. Neehara wants to be able to inform and inspire others to start a conversation about mental health and aid clients to lead healthier and happier lives. Neehara adopts an empathetic and compassionate approach and aims to create a space free of judgment.

Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA
