Jess is a psychologist with a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Her practice is grounded in affirming, person-centred principles that recognise each person’s unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world. She brings warmth, curiosity, and respect to her work, valuing collaboration and transparency in the therapeutic relationship. With experience in forensic, developmental, and disability contexts, she offers flexible, evidence-based interventions informed by CBT, ACT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches. Jess is committed to holding space for individual needs, goals, aspirations and fostering growth through compassion, safety, and connection.

- Master of Arts (Writing)
- Graduate Diploma Psychology
- Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) (Honours)
- Member of the Australia Psychological Society
- Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA
