Amy is a registered psychologist currently undertaking the Clinical Registrar Program. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults, across various settings, including community mental health, tertiary outpatient clinics, universities, and group programs.

Amy uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy. She has experience working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, adjustment disorder, deliberate self-harm and suicidal ideation, emotional dysregulation, and neurodivergence. Amy is committed to working collaboratively and relationally with her clients and their families. She strives to provide care that is safe, inclusive, and affirming for people of all cultures, genders, sexualities, and neurotypes.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys going out for brunch with friends, op shopping, and engaging in her cosy hobbies such as reading, puzzles, and paint-by-numbers.

  • Bachelor of Arts (With majors in Psychology and Criminology)
  • Bachelor of Arts (Honours with specialisation in Psychology)
  • Master of Psychology (Clinical)
  • Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA
