The Role
We are seeking a psychologist who is committed to high‑quality, evidence‑based practice and wants to work in an environment where excellence is expected and supported.
You will:
- Provide psychological services across a varied caseload aligned with your interests and strengths
- Work with professional autonomy while aligning with shared clinical standards
- Participate in regular individual supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing development
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients,families and referrers.
- Contribute thoughtfully to a collaborative, supportive, and high‑performing team
This role is intentionally flexible and is suitable for psychologists at different career stages. Caseload, responsibilities, and development opportunities are shaped around your experience, interests, and goals.
Optional / Growth Opportunities (based on interest and readiness):
- Supporting provisional psychologists or early‑career clinicians
- Developing a niche area (e.g., assessments, neurodiversity, child & family work, EMDR)

Essential Criteria
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Psychology
- General Registration with AHPRA
- Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number
- Professional indemnity insurance
Experience or developing focus in:
- Working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Autism and ADHD presentations
- Assessment and/or report writing
- Evidence‑based approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema, EMDR, etc.)
Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills are essential.
Desirable
Interest in supervision or future leadership pathwaysEndorsement in Clinical and/or Educational & Developmental PsychologyInterest in working with children, adolescents and famllies
