The Grad Lab – Your Graduate Year, Supercharged

Experiment. Learn. Thrive.
A program designed by Natalie the 2023 recipient of the Early Career Excellence Award to help you not just survive your first year — but grow from it.

Feeling a bit lost now that the adrenaline of starting has worn off? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out solo.

Grad Lab is your space to experiment, learn, and thrive in your first year of practice. Designed by Natalie, this program supports early-career psychs with practical tools, on-demand learning, and real-time supervision.

Live Lab begins in August — the perfect reset point if you’ve been in private practice for 6 months and are now navigating the tough stuff solo. Whether it’s imposter syndrome, time management, tricky clients, or just needing a sounding board, Natalie is the lab partner you’ve been waiting for.

Choose your level or join the waitlist for Live Lab — spots are limited.

Who’s it for?
Early-career psychologists, provisional psychologists, and graduates navigating their early years of practice.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, excited, or completely lost — The Grad Lab meets you where you’re at.

You Are More Than a Psychologist
… and more.
