Ellen Muscat

Ages: 4 – 18 years old

Ellen is a registered Psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University and her sixth year of supervised practice across clinical and educational settings.

Ellen is passionate about supporting young people and their families. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where children, adolescents, and their families feel safe, understood, and empowered to work towards their goals.

Taking a holistic and collaborative approach, Ellen works closely with clients, families, teachers, and other allied health professionals to ensure support is tailored to each individual’s needs. She values building strong relationships and recognises the important role that families and support networks play in a young person’s wellbeing and development.

Ellen uses a strengths-based, person-centred, and neuroaffirming approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Play-Based Therapy. She tailors her approach to each client, helping them develop practical skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges in a way that feels meaningful and achievable.

Ellen also conducts cognitive, ADHD, and autism assessments.
