SERVICES
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Solution Psychology provides confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to businesses wanting to support the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.
Our EAP provides employees with access to psychological support for personal or work-related concerns. Support can be accessed early - employees don't need to be experiencing a crisis or have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from talking with a psychologist.

What can EAP help with?
Employees can access support for a wide range of concerns, including:
- Stress, overwhelm and burnout
- Anxiety and low mood
- Workplace stress or conflict
- Grief and loss
- Relationships and family concerns
- Major life changes
- Health or financial concerns
- Personal worries or difficult circumstances
EAP can also provide guidance to employees who are concerned about a colleague, friend or family member.
Confidential support
EAP sessions are confidential. An employee’s identity and what they discuss during their sessions are not disclosed to their employer, subject to the standard legal, ethical and safety-related limits of confidentiality that apply to psychological services.
Flexible support for your business
Businesses can arrange an agreed number of employer-funded EAP sessions for their employees, with options tailored to the needs of their workplace.
Sessions are available in person at our Moonee Ponds clinic or via telehealth.
