Ally is a Provisional Psychologist completing her Master’s in Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University. She takes a strengths-focused, neuro-affirming approach and is passionate about supporting young people and their families to work towards meaningful goals and navigate challenges across home, school, and community settings.

Ally is committed to creating a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space where clients feel supported to engage at their own pace and in ways that feel right for them. She values a holistic, person-centred approach and works with unconditional positive regard, respecting and valuing individual differences in thinking, learning, and behaviour.

Through her experience supporting neurodivergent children in school settings, Ally has developed a strong appreciation for collaboration and the importance of working alongside families, educators, and broader care teams to support growth and positive outcomes.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
