Julietta is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She is passionate about providing personalised and meaningful support to children, adolescents, and their families. She recognises that every individual’s journey is unique and supports clients to navigate a range of challenges, including emotional regulation, anxiety, and school-related concerns.
Julietta takes a warm, person-centred approach and strives to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported. She places strong value on building rapport and tailoring her approach to align with each client’s preferences, cultural background, and identity.
Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Julietta also values collaboration and works closely with families, educators, and other health professionals to support a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
Julietta’s background includes working with young people in educational and high-pressure settings, which has shaped her understanding of the importance of flexibility, empathy, and strong therapeutic relationships.
Outside of work, Julietta enjoys painting, playing the keyboard, spending time in nature, and connecting with loved ones.
