Melissa is a dual endorsed Educational & Developmental and Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience as a Board-approved supervisor.

Her primary focus is business coaching and mentoring, alongside Board-mandated supervision, secondary consultation, consultation for principals and leadership teams, and corporate coaching.

Natalie is an Educational and Developmental psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with experience working in private practice and primary school settings.

Her primary focus is supporting individuals, parents and teachers to understand and support neurodivergent brain styles.
She has a particular interest in Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

Natalie has therapy and assessment experience, including cognitive, educational, autism and ADHD assessment. She is currently offering short term and ad hoc supervision until the end of 2026.

Emily is an endorsed Educational & Developmental Psychologist and Board-approved supervisor.

She specialises in neurodevelopmental assessment across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, as well as providing psychoeducation and consultation to parents and teachers.

With experience across both private practice and school settings, Emily brings a practical understanding of the systems and supports that families, schools, and clinicians may need to navigate.

Emily is available for one-off consultation and support, registrar supervision, and secondary supervision for the 5+1 internship.

Elaine is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with experience in private practice, multidisciplinary teams, and both primary and secondary school settings.

She has therapy and assessment experience, including cognitive, education, autism, and ADHD assessments. Elaine focuses on working collaboratively with individuals and their support network including their parents/carers, family, school, and other allied health professionals to support children and young people with neurodivergent styles or other learning and wellbeing needs.

She is currently offering supervision to provisional and registered psychologists. She is bilingual and can provide supervision in English and Cantonese.

Supervision for interns, Masters students and psychologists undertaking Ed & Dev or other endorsement pathways, including board-mandated support.

Kelly is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. She has over 20 years experience working as a psychologist across the public and private sectors providing evidence-based intervention to children, adolescents, adults and parents.

She has a special interest in supporting neurodivergent and LBTQIA+ communities. In addition to providing supervision focused on therapuetic intervention, Kelly can support new supervisors to navigate the supervision process and their roles within teams.

 She is currently offering supervision for Clinical Endorsement and ongoing professional supervision for registered psychologists.
