Matthew is a provisional psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology. He’s in his sixth year of supervised practice and values understanding each client’s unique perspective.
Matthew creates a welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported. He fosters strong therapeutic relationships through a collaborative approach, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
With a strengths-based approach, Matthew draws on his experience working with children and parents facing challenges like self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. He uses evidence-based practices like CBT, CFT, DBT, and mindfulness.
When Matthew is not working, he enjoys spending time with his young family, playing tennis and golf, and watching movies. Matthew is regularly seeking out and exploring new areas to camp and enjoy his rural heritage.

- Bachelor in Health Sciences (Major in Psychology and Exercise Science)
- Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced)
