Brittaney is a Clinical Psychologist who engages with individuals across all life stages, from children to adults.


She is committed to affirming the strengths of both neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals, including those who are autistic, have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and those navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma.


Brittaney embraces a person-centred therapeutic approach, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also a certified administrator of the Secret Agent Society (SAS) programme, broadening her capacity to effectively meet the diverse needs of her clients.


Her professional interests are particularly focused on social-emotional development, trauma therapy, and addressing learning and executive function challenges. Brittaney prioritises a collaborative therapy process, actively engaging clients and their support networks in the therapeutic journey to tailor interventions that best support each individual’s unique needs.


In her practice, Brittaney is proficient in conducting a variety of assessments that help identify client concerns while also celebrating their strengths and areas for growth. These include assessments related to cognition, learning achievement, autism, ADHD, and personality.


Brittaney is dedicated to partnering with her clients to foster optimal outcomes, valuing each individual’s unique journey towards personal development and well-being.
